We at Avant Care would be privileged to provide the necessary care you need. We understand, you have a say in which agency you finally decide to select and your choice should be honored by your doctor, hospital, discharge planner or other referring agency.
Should Avant Care be selected to provide your home health services, agency staff will come to your home to assess your needs and to ask you some questions about your health.
Agency staff will be in close contact with your doctor regarding your care and health.
